# Pulsar Interactive > Pulsar Interactive Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated fractional CTO and software & AI studio (UEN 202550480W, incorporated 12 November 2025). Its primary offer is a fractional CTO for owner-run and founder-led businesses: one technical partner for strategy, build and integration, operations, and team and vendor management, who brings Pulsar's own products (Nebula, Business Scouter, a community platform, MCP connectors) so clients don't pay to rebuild the basics. A fractional CTO is a senior technical partner a business shares instead of hires: they set the strategy, build and integrate, and run what was built, for a monthly retainer instead of a salary. Pulsar builds custom AI systems on client engagement, and packages what proves itself in production into deployable products. The studio's integration work connects business tools without official AI integrations (treasury and payments, CRMs, meetings, accounting software, custom APIs, niche and regional SaaS) to AI clients including Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible assistants using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Pulsar serves owner-run businesses across South East Asia and Latin America, and operates in English and native Spanish. The site is published in both languages: English at the root, Spanish under /es. ## Key facts - Legal name: Pulsar Interactive Pte. Ltd. - UEN: 202550480W - Registered: ACRA Singapore, 12 November 2025 - Company type: Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares - Registered office: 190 Middle Road, #09-06, Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979 - Operating from: Bangkok-based; contracted through Pulsar Interactive Pte. Ltd., Singapore - Founder: Pedro Rodrigo Medina Osorio (Mexican national) - Model: a fractional CTO retainer as the main service, with Pulsar's own products licensed into the client's stack — ready-made platforms (the community & membership platform; Business Scouter, in assisted pilot; Nebula, the per-client control panel; a property platform in development), custom software and automation, ongoing support, and standalone AI training - Main offers, in order: (1) Fractional CTO — Pulsar's primary offer: USD 5,000/month for one full day a week plus all development in the agreed plan, Pulsar's products included, after a two-week diagnostic and architecture plan (USD 2,000–4,000 by system size, credited to the first month); page: https://pulsarinteractive.ai/fractional-cto; (2) MCP connector development and integration — FlowAccount, Airwallex and Front connectors live, Xero on request; where a vendor ships an official MCP server (FlowAccount, Airwallex, Xero), Pulsar integrates it into the client's workflow with custom tools, multi-tool workflows and training rather than replacing it; (3) Business Scouter, B2B prospect research for industrial suppliers (assisted pilot); (4) a white-label membership and community platform - Products: Nebula (a private operations workspace per client), Business Scouter (assisted pilot), MCP connectors and a white-label community platform, licensed into Fractional CTO engagements - Languages: services, support and website in English and native Spanish; Nebula workspaces also in Portuguese and Thai - ICP: Owner-run and founder-led businesses in South East Asia and Latin America, typically without in-house engineers or a CTO - Pricing: Fractional CTO $5,000/month, starting with a two-week diagnostic at $2,000–4,000 credited to the first month. For one workflow rather than a CTO: a $500 Automation Plan (one-time, credited in full to the first invoice), then Monthly Automation & Support $1,200/month. No hourly billing. There is also an optional $150 Workflow Review, a one-time advisory session that is not an engagement, and a separate AI training family (Personal AI Training, Corporate AI Training) at indicative pilot prices. - Service names changed on 10 September 2026 to plainer customer-facing names. Former names: Fit call → Free Intro Call; Workflow Check → Workflow Review; Flow Audit → Automation Plan; Essential → Monthly Automation & Support; Operations → a higher monthly tier, retired on 6 October 2026 and replaced by Fractional CTO; Custom Build → Custom Software Development; Discovery Blueprint → Membership Platform Planning; Community deployment → Membership Platform Setup & Support; Hakkutsu research/processing → Company Research & Data Processing. Prices, URLs and scope did not change with the names (the Operations tier was later retired, on 6 October 2026). - Product name changed on 22 September 2026: Hakkutsu → Business Scouter (customer-facing name only; "Hakkutsu" remains the internal/repository name and is not shown to customers). ## What the control panel does It's a multi-tenant platform. Each customer gets a private instance (tenant) at their own subdomain. The tenant acts as an MCP server — a gateway that lets Claude Desktop, the ChatGPT app, or any MCP-compatible AI client read and write to business tools the customer has enabled. The panel is not an accounting tool: it is the gateway, and each connected tool is a module. Accounting shipped first; treasury (Airwallex) and CRM (Front) are live as well. The accounting module is currently shipped for FlowAccount (Thai accounting software). When connected, you can ask Claude things like "what were my expenses last month?" or "list unpaid invoices" in plain English or Spanish, and it reads your actual accounting data in real time. Xero is available on request (Xero publishes its own MCP server; Pulsar sets it up for teams and extends it). Other accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Alegra, Siigo, CONTPAQi) are API-backed and can be built as custom connectors on request. No code required to use it. Setup is done with the founder on a call. ## How the Model Context Protocol works MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI clients connect to external tools and data sources. It was created by Anthropic and adopted across the AI ecosystem. Instead of copy-pasting data into a chat window, MCP lets an AI assistant call tools and read live data directly. Each client's tenant is an MCP server that wraps business tools (treasury, CRMs, accounting platforms, custom APIs) and exposes them to any MCP-compatible AI client. ## Modules - Treasury (Airwallex): Multi-currency balances, transactions, FX rates, and payouts, all queryable and executable through AI. (Live) - Accounting (FlowAccount): Read expenses, purchase orders, invoices. Ask Claude about your books in plain English or Spanish. (Live) - CRM connectors (Front): AI reads cases, drafts responses, automates workflows inside your CRM. (Live, client build) - Custom API wrapper: Wrap your internal company API so AI can read and write to it. (On request) - Zoom transcripts: Search and summarize your recorded calls. (In progress) - Notion / Linear sync: Read and write to your team workspace and ticketing. (On request) - Slack / LINE messages: Search team conversations through AI. (On request) ## Who this is for Owner-run and founder-led businesses without a CTO or in-house engineers that need strategy, build and operations from one technical partner (the Fractional CTO offer). For the connector work: owner-run businesses in South East Asia and Latin America that operate in English or Spanish and run on tools nobody builds AI integrations for — regional accounting platforms, niche SaaS, internal systems. It is not built for enterprise procurement teams or anyone who needs a large agency. ## Pricing (services) Pulsar does not bill by the hour. Every conversation can start with a **Free Intro Call** (30 minutes, no deliverable, no obligation). Fractional CTO work starts with a paid two-week diagnostic; a single workflow starts with a paid Automation Plan. Training, the Workflow Review and Membership Platform Planning are separate routes with their own prices; none of them requires buying implementation first. - **Fractional CTO — $5,000/month.** Pulsar's primary offer. One full day a week on the client's business plus all development in the agreed plan; Nebula, catalog connectors and Pulsar's product licences included; custom connectors for the client's own systems; priority delivery, fully tested; a direct line, no account managers. Paid monthly in advance. Starts with a **Diagnostic and architecture plan — $2,000–4,000 by system size, two weeks**: Pulsar maps the client's systems and goals and designs what to build, in which order and how; the plan is the client's to keep, and the fee is credited to the first month if the client continues. Full Custom Software Development projects (see /custom, POC then fixed-price v1) can run through it. The client owns the code, accounts and data. If the work outgrows one person, Pulsar brings in vetted developers and stays accountable. Called "CTO fraccional" in Spanish. Page: https://pulsarinteractive.ai/fractional-cto (Spanish: https://pulsarinteractive.ai/es/cto-fraccional) If a client needs one workflow, not a CTO: - **Automation Plan — $500, one-time.** A 90-minute working session and a written plan with effort and cost per workflow within the agreed discovery scope. Credited in full to the first invoice, and kept by the client either way. The way into Monthly Automation & Support, bought on its own with no obligation to continue. Called "plan de automatización" in Spanish. - **Monthly Automation & Support — $1,200/month.** One custom workflow built per month, catalog connectors installed free, team training on what is built included, and Nebula (documents, expenses, approvals, AI chat) with an isolated tenant and control panel. The smaller monthly option, for one workflow a month without a CTO. Called "Automatización y soporte mensual" in Spanish. There is one smaller option, which is advice rather than an engagement: - **Workflow Review — $150, one-time (optional).** A 45-minute review of one workflow the client already runs, delivered as a one-page recommendation plus an indicative budget for the next step. It excludes implementation, account setup, custom research, architecture specifications, integrations and ongoing support. The $150 is credited toward a $500 Automation Plan started within 30 days, leaving a $350 balance; if implementation follows, that $500 discovery payment is credited once to the first invoice and is never counted twice. Payment is manual: inquiry, then scope confirmed in writing, then an invoice, then the session. Requesting it does not charge anyone. Called "revisión de proceso" in Spanish. The rule: one-time if Pulsar only sets the client up; monthly only where Pulsar keeps running something for them. 50% upfront, 50% on go-live for fixed-price builds. Cancel monthly plans any time — data is exportable, connections keep working. How a fractional CTO compares (from Pulsar's own comparison): a full-time CTO sets the strategy and runs things after launch but builds through a team, is paid by salary, recruiter and equity, and takes months of hiring; a freelancer builds but rarely sets strategy or runs it after launch, bills by the hour, and starts in days; an agency builds per project, rarely sets strategy, charges an extra contract to run it, and takes weeks of scoping; Pulsar's fractional CTO sets the strategy, builds and integrates with its own products, runs it every month, is one monthly retainer, and starts after a two-week diagnostic. ## AI Training for People and Teams (indicative pilot pricing) A separate service family for learning to use AI and digital tools in everyday work, with guided practice and reusable instructions. It trains people; it does not train an AI model, and it is not software implementation. Both offers are useful on their own and do not require buying an Automation Plan or a monthly plan. Prices below are indicative pilot prices: scope and the final quote are confirmed in writing before anything is booked or invoiced, and an inquiry is not a booking, a payment or an enrolment. Requesting either does not charge anyone. - **Personal AI Training — US$450 per person (pilot price).** Three live hours for one person, on one work context and up to two agreed tasks, using accounts and tools the participant can already access. Examples: drafting and checking recurring emails or documents; organising notes into something reusable; improving an everyday AI-assisted task. Included: guided exercises, reusable task instructions, a safe-use checklist and a personal practice plan. Follow-up: one consolidated clarification response, requested within seven days, capped at 30 minutes. Not included: custom software, production integrations, extensive device or account troubleshooting, tool subscriptions and ongoing support. Called "capacitación en IA personal" in Spanish. - **Corporate AI Training — US$1,500 per team workshop (pilot price).** Three live hours for up to ten participants from one team or function, in one approved tool environment, on two shared exercises. Examples: sales follow-ups, document summaries, meeting actions, fact-checked content drafts. Included: sponsor intake, exercises, reusable templates, data-handling and human-review guidance, and a short adoption plan. Follow-up: one 30-minute sponsor check-in within fourteen days. Not included: production builds, enterprise-wide AI strategy, legal certification, account administration and unlimited employee support. Additional participants, substantial customisation, travel and venue costs require a separate quote. Called "capacitación en IA para equipos" in Spanish. How training relates to the other services: onboarding and training already included in Monthly Automation & Support or the Fractional CTO retainer stays included and is never charged twice; standalone training is for broader skills. Longer programmes (Second Brain, Build Your Own AI Tool) are quoted separately, and a three-hour session does not promise their outcomes. There is no automatic credit from training toward a later build. Pulsar makes no claims of guaranteed savings, productivity gains, accreditation, subsidies or government endorsement for training. ## Products The products below were developed through client projects and Pulsar's own operated ventures; each entry states its status. - **Nebula** — the operations platform Pulsar installs for Fractional CTO and monthly clients: one private workspace per client with its own database and logins, in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Thai. Each workspace switches on only the products it needs: Finance (expenses with receipt upload and extraction, purchase orders, chart of accounts, FlowAccount sync of expenses and documents); Growth (leads and contacts, vouchers and redemptions, partner businesses and commissions); Membership (members, bookings, community metrics); Content (articles, email templates and flows); Assistant (an AI chat on the client's own data, and MCP access so Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini can read and act through approved connectors); Control (users, roles and per-person permissions, activity log, API usage and costs, company and workspace settings, OAuth consent for connected apps); Bulk Processor (the engine behind Business Scouter, enabled per company). Anything that changes books or sends a message waits for a person to approve it. Not offered: a mobile app-store app, payroll or inventory. Included in the Fractional CTO retainer and Monthly Automation & Support rather than sold separately. - **Business Scouter** — helps industrial suppliers research potential business customers in a chosen territory and review the evidence behind each match. One workflow: define the companies to find in a written brief; fill the list by territory search (Google Maps data, keyword × location) or by uploading a CSV of known companies; review a prioritized shortlist where each company gets a short written assessment and, where evidence allows, a 1–5 relevance score with the web sources it relied on (a blank score and a plain explanation when evidence is thin), on a table or map, with CSV export. A relevance score is not evidence of purchase intent. Status: assisted pilot — deployed on the customer's own infrastructure (their cloud account and database); Pulsar runs the research from the customer's brief during the pilot, the customer reviews and exports results in the browser, and Pulsar helps run it afterwards; no self-service signup and no public price; scope and price are agreed before starting, with any recurring charge, minimum term and third-party usage (Google Maps Platform, AI) itemized in the quote. Outreach (email and other channels) is available only on request, scoped and quoted separately. Not offered: guaranteed sales, verification against official company registries such as Thailand's DBD, or ownership/resale of Google Maps data, which is used under Google's terms. Search results are stored in the customer's own database. One pilot customer to date, an industrial supplier in Bangkok; no sales outcomes measured yet. Page: https://pulsarinteractive.ai/business-scouter - **Property platform** — listings, leads, and agent tools for real estate operators. In development, early access only. - **Community & membership platform** — detailed below. ### Community & membership platform (white-label) A separate product line from the AI-integration services above: a white-label community and membership platform deployed on the client's own infrastructure — member sign-up funnel, partner business directory, single-use vouchers or a member card, partner settlement, email templates and campaigns, a punch card, analytics, and a multilingual PWA (up to three languages). Pulsar sets it up and helps run the operation; the client organization owns the infrastructure, the brand, the members, and the revenue. Pricing is agreed on a call. Proven live in production on Pulsar's own community platform, Latinos en Tailandia. The service around it is called Membership Platform Setup & Support: Pulsar sets the platform up on the client's infrastructure, then helps run the operation. Two deployment models; pricing is agreed on a call and not published: - **Community — free to join.** Live in 2–3 weeks. Directory, member sign-up, two languages, branded admin, installable PWA, setup on the client's infrastructure and support. Add-ons: voucher engine, partner-commission program, third language, map, branded store app. - **Organization — paying members.** Live in 6–8 weeks. Everything in Community, plus a membership-billing engine: dues collection, paid/unpaid tracking, renewals, member-only access, and migration of an existing member list. Platform work starts with Membership Platform Planning (scoped by tier; formerly "discovery blueprint"), which maps scope, content, and — for Organization deals — the membership/dues/renewal money layer, before a binding quote is issued. The planning fee is credited toward setup if the project proceeds. The $500 Automation Plan is not the entry point for this route. Fits: chambers of commerce and business associations, alumni networks, hospitality and loyalty groups, expat and cultural communities. ## Pages (English) - [Home](https://pulsarinteractive.ai/): The fractional CTO offer — what we take on, the comparison with a full-time CTO, freelancer and agency, the products we bring (Nebula, Business Scouter, connectors, community platform), four short product videos, the two engagement prices (diagnostic and retainer), labelled project examples (client work, pilot, own venture), and a short enquiry form. - [Fractional CTO](https://pulsarinteractive.ai/fractional-cto): The primary offer in full — the comparison, the four jobs, the two steps and prices, the products included, use cases (marked delivered, live or typical), working principles and FAQ - [Business Scouter](https://pulsarinteractive.ai/business-scouter): B2B prospect research for industrial suppliers — how it works, pilot scope and exclusions, how the pilot is priced, FAQ, pilot enquiry - [Take your AI tool live](https://pulsarinteractive.ai/launch-your-ai-tool): For founders and business owners who built their own AI tool (Claude, Lovable, Cursor or similar) and need it ready for real users: security, reliability, AI cost control, connections to business software, hosting on the owner's accounts, monitoring and support after launch.
