I'm Pedro Medina, a developer originally from Latin America. I work remotely, mainly on South East Asia hours. I've spent the last few years building Pulsar Interactive, a set of building blocks that started as my own toolkit for shipping software faster, and gradually turned into something other people could use.

Pulsar is recent. The work behind it is not. Thirteen years of production software came first, across corporate travel, retail, games, education, and SaaS, in Latin America and South East Asia. Different industries, same job every time: do the R&D, run a discovery, plan and execute the solution, then operate it for you or alongside your team.

The thing that finally made it worth selling was MCP, an open standard that lets AI assistants use other software directly. It gave me a way to take the tools businesses actually use (especially the niche or regional ones nobody builds AI integrations for) and make them work smoothly with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Every connector I ship joins a catalog that makes the next client's setup cheaper. That's the whole model.

I keep Pulsar deliberately small and senior. Nothing is outsourced, no juniors learn on your project, and founding clients work directly with me. That closeness is the point at this stage.

Every business runs on tools, but most of those tools haven't been built with AI in mind. Your accounting software, your internal CRM, your event ticketing system, your Zoom transcripts: they exist as silos that you log into one by one.

Meanwhile, AI assistants got good enough that the bottleneck stopped being intelligence and started being access. Claude and ChatGPT can answer almost anything if you give them the data, but giving them the data is the hard part.

The open standard behind our connectors solves that. Pulsar lets non-technical business owners take the tools they already use and connect them to AI, without hiring engineers to build integrations. That's the bet.

Two reasons. First, South East Asia and Latin America are full of owner-run businesses operating on regional tools (accounting platforms, in-house systems, niche online software) that are invisible to the global AI ecosystem. Nobody builds AI integrations for them. That's a real gap with a real buyer.

Second, we work across both timezone bands. We operate in English and native Spanish, remote-first, which means an owner in Singapore or Mexico City gets the same direct line to the people building their integration: no timezone-shifted support desk, no translation layer.

When the platform matures, we'll port the playbook to Xero and QuickBooks and go global. But for now, businesses in SEA and the Americas are the focus.

Day-to-day operations run out of Singapore. Our founder works directly with every founding client, and we serve owner-run businesses across South East Asia and Latin America in English and native Spanish.

In some markets we deliver alongside local partner ventures, always contracted through Pulsar Interactive Pte. Ltd.

We chose Singapore deliberately: it gives our customers a verifiable legal counterparty under English-language commercial law, with proper invoicing, banking, and dispute resolution.
