Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, company or project name, role, the type of project you are exploring, timeline, budget range, your message, and how you heard about us.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, and a spam-protection token from our provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) when you submit a form.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss proposals, to provide services you engage us for, to operate and secure the website, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, to contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below), though this will not affect processing already carried out.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you — for example, hosting and spam-protection providers. These providers may process data only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We host and process data with reputable providers and, where practicable, within the regions we serve. Some providers (such as our spam-protection provider) operate globally, which may involve transfers outside Singapore. Where data is transferred, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement and any period required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes. We then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email hello@pulsarinteractive.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This site uses only the minimal storage needed to function (for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference). We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
