Scope and quote the full build.
With the POC running, the real shape of the work is clear — so we quote your full v1 to its actual context, at a fixed price, before anything is signed. Your POC fee credits toward it.
Build, with weekly demos.
Weekly demos, no surprises. Scope changes get priced and added to the queue, not silently absorbed. Most builds run 4–12 weeks.
Go-live + care plan.
We train your team, document everything, and every build includes a care plan — hosting, continuous improvements, edge-case bug fixing, and data & metrics analysis, from ฿5,000–8,000/month. It is optional and cancellable anytime: your data is always yours to export, and you can take a standalone copy of your system to run on your own servers, frozen at the version we hand over — it keeps working, it just stops getting our ongoing improvements. The underlying technology stays ours; you are never locked in.
