Each connector links AI to one specific tool. The catalog grows every month, and every connector exists because a paying client needed it. If your tool can already share data with other software and isn't in the catalog yet, we build it. Once built, it's maintained for everyone.
Your control panel (monthly clients).
Clients on a monthly plan get a private control panel at their own web address. Manage your connections, your users and who can see what. It also has a built-in CRM and tools for day-to-day operations. Your data is kept separate from every other client. If your data has to stay in a specific country, tell us up front and we plan hosting around it.

HOW THE CREDIT WORKS
Start a $500 Automation Plan within 30 days and the $150 comes off it, so you pay a $350 balance. If you then go ahead with the build, that $500 discovery payment is credited once to your first invoice. Nothing is counted twice.

How it fits with the plans

How do you price work?
We don't bill by the hour. You'd be buying our time instead of the result. Most engagements start with a two-week diagnostic ($2,000–4,000, credited to your first month), then a fractional CTO retainer at $5,000/month: one full day a week plus all the development in the agreed plan, our products included, no extra quotes. Where does my data live?
Monthly clients get their own private workspace, with its own database and logins. When you ask the AI something, the question goes straight to Claude, OpenAI, or Google using your own accounts. The AI provider doesn't train on your data, and we don't store what you ask. If your data has to stay in a specific country, say so during the diagnostic or the Automation Plan and we plan hosting around it.
What does the monthly fee actually buy?
Real recurring work. As your fractional CTO it's one full day a week on your business plus all the development in the agreed plan, with Nebula, catalog connectors and our product licences included. On Monthly Automation & Support it's one custom workflow built every month, plus catalog connectors, training, and Nebula itself. Both include the part nobody quotes for: we watch what we run for you and fix it when an AI model is retired or a connected tool changes (and they do). Cancel and your connections keep working on your own accounts.
What if you stop building this?
You can export your data any time. If you leave, everything keeps working and you can take it to another provider or run it yourself. No lock-in beyond one month of notice on anything recurring.
How long until it's live?
Plain ranges, no hedging: the diagnostic takes two weeks, the Automation Plan is in your hands within 5 working days, your first workflow on Monthly Automation & Support is live in 2-3 weeks, and full custom builds (see Custom Software Development) run 4-12 weeks depending on scope.
How is this different from a product studio or a dev agency?
Most studios build you something and hand it over. The build is real work and they do it well, but on launch day the relationship ends, and when an AI model is retired or a connected tool changes, that becomes a problem you discover in month six. We build products with you, so the decisions, the data and the accounts stay yours throughout, and then we stay for the operating part: we monitor what we run and fix it when things move underneath it. Same category, opposite promise.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Training is included in every plan: we set up the AI accounts with you, connect your tools together on a call, and teach your team how to use it day to day. From then on, you just use whichever AI assistant you already use.
What tools can you connect?
Any tool that already has a ready-made AI connection works on any plan. Any tool that can share data with other software can get a custom connector under the fractional CTO retainer: accounting software, CRMs, support desks, your own internal systems. The full connector catalog is on the How it Works page, and if your tool isn't there, ask. Every connector we've shipped started as a client request.
Can my bookkeeper or admin keep using our tools the normal way?
Yes. This is an AI window on top of your tools; it doesn't replace them. Your team keeps doing what they do. You get the AI layer for yourself.
Can I see a demo without committing to anything?
Yes. Tell us what you'd want to ask it, and we'll reply personally, usually within a day, with a straight answer on whether it's a fit.
Who actually does the work, and what if you're unavailable?
We're deliberately small and senior: nothing is outsourced, there are no juniors learning on your account, and no account managers sit between you and the engineer. If we're ever unavailable, you're not stuck: you can export your data any time, everything keeps working and can move to another provider or run on your own, we can hand you a standalone frozen copy of your system on your own servers, and there's one month's notice on anything recurring.
